Sapphire is corundum at its most sovereign — a mineral so dense with geological story that its color carries the memory of its birthplace. This matched pair — 1.17 cts (t.w.) Sapphire of Blue moderately strong hue — represents the rarest of gemological acquisitions: two stones of identical character, cut in harmony, from Sri Lanka.
