Our Commitment to Every Piece (Warranty)
Every custom commission is built to last beyond its first owner, and supported throughout its life.
Our Guarantee
If a piece fails because of how it was made — whether a loose setting, a faulty clasp, or a structural issue originating at the bench — we will repair it. No time limit. No charge.
This does not cover damage from accidents, physical impact, chemical exposure, or improper storage. If you are unsure whether an issue qualifies, contact us.
Free for Life
The following services are complimentary for any Skyjems commission, with no expiry:
Resizing — as many times as needed.
Repolishing — to restore the original surface and finish.
Rhodium replating — for white gold pieces, to restore their finish.
All complimentary services must be brought in to our Toronto location in person, by appointment.
Normal Wear
Fine jewellery is made to be worn. Over time, surfaces will soften and metals will develop a patina. These are not defects — they are part of the life of a well-worn piece. If you would like to restore a piece to its original finish, repolishing is always available, free of charge.
All pieces left in our care are held securely at our Toronto location and fully insured during the service period.
