Sapphire is corundum at its most sovereign — a mineral so dense with geological story that its color carries the memory of its birthplace. This matched pair — 0.93 cts (t.w.) Sapphire of Blue strong hue — represents the rarest of gemological acquisitions: two stones of identical character, cut in harmony, from Thailand. Unheated sapphires of fine color represent less than one percent of the global supply and are actively acquired by investment-grade collectors.
